PROPOSAL OF INDICATORS FOR SUSTAINABLE MANAGEMENT TO IMPROVE THE COMPETITIVENESS OF TOURISM PYMES: OBSERVATIONS IN A PILOT BUSINESS TEST

In the first phase of this study, whose results are showed in this document, a model is designed with a theoretical context that explains how the final product is reached, as well as a pilot business test that begins the validation that is being developed in the second phase. It is intended; first, to explain the conceptual review process resulted in the design of a sustainable management indicators model, pointing out briefly its features and components. In the second part, it shows the importance of tourism in Bogota to support the relevance of designing a model that seeks to improve its competitiveness. The third part shows the observations made by entrepreneurs in the tourism sector to the indicators proposed in the model. Finally, we draw some conclusions about this research experience.
