摘要
Primary leaves of bean plants were treated with bezyladernine (BA); nuclear DNA contents in mesophyll and epidermal cells were measured by microspectrophotometry combined with Feulgen staining. There were some differences in nuclear DNA content between mesophyll and epidermal cells, but BA induced one round of nuclear DNA synthesis without mitosis in a considerable proportion of both mesophyll and epidermal cells.
