VDS info and victim support service - the analysis of the Service's work

This paper aims to present VDS info and victim support service work, with particular emphasis on types of victimization, that the persons who contacted the Service were exposed to, help and support provided by the Service and experiences with the institutions and organizations that they contacted before or after contacting the Service. In this paper, the data of VDS info and victim support service for the period from 1 st January until 31 st December 2006 are analyzed. Since 2005 data on Service work have been processing annualy by using a specially constructed questionnaire and specific methodology of data entery and processing.
