Female gender was most common as 62.7%. A positive correlation was found between vitamin D level and TSH r-value = 0.015. Total 43.3% thyroid disorder patients were found with vitamin D deficiency, insufficiency was 33.3% and 25.4% patients were with normal vitamin D level. No significant association was found in vitamin D efficiency according to hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism p-value 0.992.
