APPLICATION OF MODELS REDUCTION TO THERMAL BRIDGES IN BUILDINGS

The recent evolution of the codes simulating the thermo-aeraulic behaviour of buildings lead us to the development of reduced models to take into account the thermal singularities. The multidimensional aspect of thermal transfer in the studied systems implies that the size of equations systems resulting from their spatial discretisation is very important. The use of both modal representation and linear aggregation method leads to low order state models. Parallel to this, we show how transfer models can be obtained by using reduced state models. Some experimental results for hollow brick walls allow to make a validation of the numerical models. Finally, to show the relevance and the efficiency of the linear aggregation method, we study the case of heat transfer between a building and the ground.
