摘要：
The complexity of the root canal system of maxillary molars presents a constant challenge, as the dentist must have a thorough knowledge of the root canal morphology to provide successful endodontic treatment. This report presents the endodontic management of three cases of maxillary second molars with two separate palatal roots.
