Response of Brachiaria decumbens, cv. Basilisk pasture cultivated in euthric cambisol soil to mycorrhizal arbuscular fungi

摘要
With the objective of the response evaluation of Brachiaria decumbens cv basilisk pasture to inoculation of AMF mesic, is make the experiment on the Cambisol Eutrico soil of the Camaguey province which is studied four treatment (without inoculation and inoculation of Glomus sp., G. mosseae and G. intrarradices) in the Square Latin Design. The plantation of pastures was by stolons in june 2005, with 0,70 m of distance between furrow and 0.25 m between plants. At the moment of the plantation, the stolons root was introducing in the fluid past of solid mycorhizic inoculants and water, which contained of 25 to 30 spores. g(-1) of corresponding mesic to the each treatment. Each 60 and 90 days was make the pastures harvesting for dry and raining respectively and was not fertilizer application. During the first pastures planted, whole cape increased by similar way the levels of root colonization and visual density. The major N, P and K contains of the biomass was observed with the G. sp and G. mosseae inoculation. The dry mass yield obtained at the firs year was signification increased of G. sp and G. mosseae. The second year no-one cape was effect pastures evaluations. The conclusion of the AMF G. sp and G. mosseae result the most effective to increase the nutrients contain in the biomass and pastures yield.
