MANUFACTURE OF THE CARBON-CARBON ELECTRODES FOR THE CDI UNITS

摘要
A new method for manufacturing the carbon-carbon electrodes with the frame from the thermally-expanded graphite and titanium electrical lamellas is developed. It is shown that the manufactured electrodes have high mechanical and electrical properties. It is experimentally proved that the interlayer interface resistance through the "titanium contact-carbon frame-carbon cloth" system was 0.2. 0.3 Omega, which is approximately the resistance of the carbon material.
