INFLUENCE OF WAVELENGTH OF ABSORBED LIGHT ON OXIDIZABILITY OF EXCITED URANYL-ION

摘要
Results are presented of experiments on oxygen exchange of uranyl ion stimulated by 488 and 436 nm light in HClO4 solutions. The resulting quantum yields for O exchange suggest that the exchange is stimulated by light up to the absorption edge of uranyl with a constant U excitation mechanism.
