摘要
MoNiS2 and MoS(2)catalysts were prepared supported on mesoporousmaterial. Ttwo ways: a) direct sulfiding with sulfur and b) formation of the metal carbide and subsequent sulfiding. The catalysts were characterized using X ray diffraction and surface area. The catalytic activity was evaluated in the hydrodesulfuration reaction of dibenzothiophene, through a continuous flow system ina fixed bed reactor at 350 degrees C. The results demonstrate that the catalysts obtained by direct sulphidation have no crystalline phases corresponding to MoNiS2 or MoS2, By direct sulfurization phases corresponding to Ni3S2 and NiSO4(H2O)(6), are obtained which is not the case by the way of carbide formation metal and then sulfiding. In solid prepared by the latter method the phases are Mo, Mo2C and Ni2Mo4C, These catalysts showed less surface area than those obtained through direct sulphidation. The catalytic activity proved that catalysts obtained by direct sulfurization are more active than thosesynthesized by carburization.
