摘要
On a semi -axis we consider a boundary value problem for a class of second order operator-differential equations of second order with a discontinuous coefficient. Note that the principal part of the equation under investigation contains a normal operator, and some abstract operator takes part in the boundary condition. By means of properties of operator coefficients of the boundary value problem we find sufficient conditions providing its regular solvability.
