Educational policies in Latin America: an analysis of higher education from the perspective of multilateral banking

摘要
This document analyzes the central characteristics of the implemented educative policies in Latin America for the case of the public education superior from the use of the model of economic opening, and which have like foundation the vision and recommendations of the multilateral bank, World Bank, Inter-American Development Bank - I.A.D.B. and International Monetary Fund - the IMF. The studied central aspects in the article make reference to, the public policies in the context of the economic globalizacion, the concept of education of the multilateral organisms of credit, the financing of the education like central axis of the policy, the implications of the educative policies suggested by the reviewed institutions and, finally, some conclusions from the observed thing in the text are elaborated.
