摘要：
The problem of the shielded coplanar waveguide short-end discontinuity characterisation was formulated using the transverse resonance method. The resonant frequencies of the structure are computed by the full-wave electromagnetic field analysis. The validity of this approach was confirmed by satisfactory agreement between numerical and experimental results. © 1990, The Institution of Electrical Engineers. All rights reserved.
