摘要：

The paper aims to investigate Rawls' appropriation of Kant's categorical imperative. It discusses the distinction between the procedure of the categorical imperative and the original position, adopted by "Justice as Fairness". It seeks to explain and evaluate the interpretation of the categorical imperative's formulations, elaborated by Rawls. Finally, it investigates the scope of the categorical imperative as a procedure of construction of moral norms.
