摘要
The current conditions of our society are changing, which have favored the appearance of new patterns of health-disease, where disability and the needs of rehabilitation are a growing problem, requiring a human resource of quality to face that condition. At the same time, the teaching task has become complex, demanding a specific and systematic training. Particularly in Physiotherapy, there is lacking of teacher training, that together with the lacking of updating and professional experience, they impact on the quality of the teaching-learning process of human resource, being crucial the professor's participation in acquiring the excellence in education. In this respect, a research is proposed to deal with a didactic-pedagogical strategy aimed at improving teacher training.
