摘要：
The study proposes an EOQ model which considers a case of time-varying deterioration, partial back-ordering that depends on the waiting time for backlogging and linear demand function over the finite horizon. The model less strict in its assumptions but is feasible in practice. We derive the sufficient condition of optimal solution and propose a procedure to solve the problem.
