摘要
This article presents a description of one of the most complete Early Iron Age skeletons pet discovered in southern Africa. It rc ns excavated on the Happy Rest Agricultural School property in the Northern Transvaal and was that of a tall male of about 40 to 60 pears old. A high-status grave is indicated by the burial arrangement and the position of the grave. Tooth extraction and mutilation of the incisors were practised Although this person was probably of Negroid origin, there are some features present which are more commonly found in Khoisan populations.
