摘要
Phosphorylation of chloroplast proteins content of certain lipid classes increased in photosystem (PS) 1 particles while its decrease was observed in PS2 particles. A co-migration of lipids was observed simultaneously with the transfer of phosphorylated light-harvesting chlorophyll (Chl) a/b complex of PS2 (LHC2) to intergrana thylakoids. Size and composition of migrating lipid pools were different for chloroplasts from plants grown under various irradiances and temperature.
