摘要：
An adiabatic approximation is formulated for the Dirac equation of the hydrogen atom in a static and uniform magnetic field. The author's formulation is a relativistic extension of the adiabatic approximation for non-relativistic hydrogen proposed by Starace et al (1979) which is considered to be valid in the intermediate field strength region. Some discussions will be given for the relation of our formulation with that of perturbation theory.
