By appreciating themselves and the others, children naturally learn the lessons of community life where everyone is encouraged to share their thoughts without fear, to overcome conflicts with friends and family, to be honest and fair in dealings with others. The thoughts and actions of adults can build or destroy trust, calmness and confidence in children.
