摘要
The purpose of this study was to assess the attitudes and perceptions of student teachers and teachers toward a school-based teacher education program. Rogers' (1983) five characteristics and 11 dimensions of an innovation provided the theoretical rationale. Students and teachers reported positive attitudes toward the program. For students the convenience of being in one school was important. For teachers the social prestige of being involved in the first year of implementation of this innovative program was significant.
