摘要
The thioether substituting calix[4]arene has been synthesized and tested as sensitive material in silver ion-sensitive field-effect transistor device based on polymeric matrix membrane. The device has shown a Nernstian response of 58 mV/decade, good selectivity coefficients toward alkali metals, alkali earth metals and transition metals interfering ions, linear response in the concentration range of 10(-5) similar to 10(-2) mol/L, and 10(-5.4) mol/L for determination limit.
