摘要：

Rheumatic diseases have an impact on maternal and fetal morbidity and mortality. Vice versa a pregnancy can influence the rheumatic disease: while rheumatoid arthritis can often improve during pregnancy, patients with systemic lupus erythematosus or ankylosing spondylitis can develop an increased incidence of flares of the underlying disease. The preconception interdisciplinary consultation of women is decisive. In the setting of individual interdisciplinary management of risk patients in specialized centers, morbidity and mortality during pregnancy can be reduced.
