摘要：
In the article the problems of the sustainable development of the energy companies in the oil and gas complex of Russia are observed. The criterions and the concept of strategic development of the companies were based oriented on the appropriate satisfaction of the customers needs in power energy, heat energy, fuel for transport. The strategic presuppositions for the forming and development of the global energy companies were emphasized.
