ECOLOGICAL AND POLITICAL POTENTIAL OF HIGHER EDUCATION AS AN INSTITUTION OF CIVIL SOCIETY

In this article is considered such aspect of the high school as shaping ecological and political potential of Russian society in new conditions. The High school is a most important channel of the development of the environmental culture, scientific environmental outlook and professional skills rational nature use, natural resources saving and provision to environmental safety of specialists, and, eventually, successful decision of the environmental problems. Occurring liberal-democratic transformations in our country have brought about essential changes to system of the higher professional education. In accordance with Concept of the modernizations of the Russian formation for a period of before 2010 high school must become the institute civil society, the most important factor of the shaping the new life installation to personalities. There is need to contribute the changes to process of preparing the personals of high qualification.
