摘要
In a framework of the standard theory of superconductivity in the intermediate coupling approximation for the model of layered metal with the quasi 2D electron spectrum and narrow band near the Fermi level the plasmon mechanism is analyzed for Cooper pairing of nearly free light current carriers in the wide 2D band due to the exchange with virtual quanta of low frequency collective charge density excitations of nearly localized heavy carriers in the narrow 2D band (acoustic plasmons) hybridized with the dipole-active oxygen vibration modes (optical phonons) in the whole volume of the Brillouin zone. It is shown that such a mechanism of superconductivity with involving the multi-layered structure of copper metal-oxide compounds and multi-particle Coulomb correlations (similar to the local field effects) can provide the sufficiently high values of the critical temperatures T(c) for the transition into superconducting state and describes correctly all principal properties of high temperature superconductors, i.e. nonmonotonic T(c) dependence on the dopant impurity concentration or oxygen content; T(c) enhancement with the growth of a number n of copper CuO2 layers in the unit cell of crystal with the tendency to saturation for n greater-than-or-equal-to 3; anomalies of isotopic oxygen effects, ets.
