Perception of Domestic Workers on their Employers

The article presented shows the results of interviews and other techniques applied to domestic women from different municipalities of Havana as part of an investigation carried out between September 2015 and January 2016, whose purpose was to characterize the social identities of subjects with high economic income. This group is characterized from a perspective of social psychology, using the theory of social identities, working endo and exogroups. The domestics were chosen as an outgroup, which is very close to them.
