摘要
We propose a method for a 3D primitive extraction of long bones using a set of 2D Fourier descriptors. This set is shown to be stable, complete and endowed with geometrical invariancy properties. A polar diagram representation allowing a segmentation of 3D primitives is deduced. The method is illustrated in the case of ulna and radius bones.
