摘要：

Corruption is a social phenomenon that may affect various relationships within the society that tend to revolve around authority. Corruption offenses involve multiple objects and affect the government power, economy and justice. The article of the corruption offenses can be linked to both tangible and intangible interests. The victim in a legal sense is non-existent.
