USE OF RAINFALL-RUNOFF MODEL KINFIL ON HUCAVA CATCHMENT

摘要
The paper reports on flood events on the forested Hucava catchment. It shows a practical implementation of the rainfall-runoff model KINFIL. This model has been used for the reconstruction of the rainfall-runoff events on this catchment. Then the model was used to simulate the design discharges with event duration t(d) = 30, 60, 90, 120 and 300 min in time recurrence of 100 years and scenario simulation of land use change when 30% and 50% of forest in the catchment have been cut. Implementation of the KINFIL model supported by GIS has been found as a proper tool for the runoff assessment on small catchments when using different scenarios of land use changes.
