The experimental results of the magnetic susceptibility, magnetization and specific heat measurements are presented for single-crystalline samples of Ce(Ru1-xPdx)(2)Si-2. We obtained a magnetic phase diagram of this system similar to the Ce(Ru1-xRhx)(2)Si-2 system. At low Pd concentration (0.03 < x < 0.15), a weak antiferromagnetic ordering appears. The variations of Kondo temperature T-K of both Ce(Ru1-xRhx)(2)Si-2 and Ce(Ru1-xRhx)(2)Si-2 are well scaled by the average 4d electron number. However, the variations of the metamagnetic critical field H-M of these systems are not well scaled by only T-K as is the case for Ce1-xMxRu2Si2 (M = La, Y).
