摘要
A classification of the possible technical barriers (to "free trade") based on the variation sources of the quality of food products was firstly done. An examination of the public italian and community law and of community legal judgments concerning the "free trade" problems was also secondarily carried out. Several orders of problems were specified, coming from actual community law and today's request and expectations of the italian producers. The results, collected as administrative measures, actions and provisions, were classified according to the quality and technological criteria previously done.
