Examines the question of the concept, the content of the phenomenon of the legal positions of Constitutional Court from the point of view of the objective, subjective and regulatory approaches. The authors clarifies the definition of << legal positions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation >> and offered to consider a phenomenon not only as interpretation category, but and the logical language structure.
