摘要
The article presents the results of the authors on the study of technology, organization and management of auxiliary operational processes of transshipment in ports on the marine component, in particular the organization and implementation of pilot and towing support for transport vessels arriving at the port for cargo handling. The area of research is the organization of the transport process management system in the seaport, transport logistics in water transport, technological processes of the ports as a single transshipment complex in the framework of the "Technical regulations on the safety of Maritime transport facilities", approved by the government Of the Russian Federation on August 12, 2010. No. 620 (hereinafter referred to as the Technological regulations), including auxiliary processes of mooring operations (work of pilots, tugs, mooring), in order to: ensuring the security of seaport infrastructure facilities; continuity of the process of PRR on the marine component; the impact of competition on the efficiency and safety of the operation of the seaport infrastructure. identify bottlenecks in the Maritime component affecting the capacity of the berth, terminal and port as a whole.
