摘要
Social inequality in Mexico consists of different dimensions. In the last meeting of The World Economic Forum, it was informed that Mexico is ranked in the 118 position of 138 countries regarding the participation of women in politics. This is not the only inequality issue (THERBORN, 2015) women have to go through, but it might be the one of the most serious since laws establish a gender equality principle for the election charges. However, in the last elections (2015) for legislators in the national and federal levels, the available data show that women still have a lot to do to reach the 50% of the charges. This fact points out the exclusion which permeates this social field. One of reasons of such social inequality may be in the order of discourse (FOUCAULT, 1970), where it rationalizes and justifies the differences between the legal standards and the results in the determination of the unequal distribution of such charges. In this paper, we aim to analyze from a transdisciplinary perspective view: communicative-pragmatic and ideological-discursive issues, based on two cases of sexist discrimination disclosed in the press, against candidates in the last electoral process (June 2015) in a Mexican northeastern state: Nuevo Leon.
