摘要：
The paper analyzes the competitiveness of the tourist destination of Rio Grande, south of Brazil. Search fundamentally reviews the competitiveness of Rio Grande, as a tourist destination in the perception of visitors and tourists. Specific objectives: check competitive performance of the destination; identify tourist destinations key competitors. It is characterized by an exploratory, descriptive and quantitative research approach. The study allowed visualization of competitiveness configuration and the establishment of strengths and weaknesses that Rio Grande fate has in relation to key competitors.
