摘要：
We consider the space of Lizorkin-Triebel on binary groups and averages obtained by using polynomials in Walsh system. We investigate the strong summability of multiple Walsh-Fourier series in these spaces, some estimates are given. In terms of averages; the necessary and sufficient conditions of membership of function to spaces of Lizorkin-Triebel on the binary group are given. As a main result there are represented Theorems 1 and 2 and some lemmas to prove them.
