EAT DOG MEAT - ITS FIT FOR SAVAGES

Within and outside areas where people eat dog meat, the forms of this practice do not simply have to do with respecting or not a prohibition. Rather, they are linked to human societies' domesticating practices. We can observe, among other things, that the fact whether dogs are kept nearby or at a distance is of primordial importance, because it overlaps with the notion of social and animal territories and thus makes it possible to raise either faithful companions or to kill and eat them.
