摘要：
Current methods for recovering the ocean surface temperature from satellite IR soundings are analysed. Unlike existing algorithms (Max-Klein, Barton, etc.), an algorithm developed at the Institute of Marine Hydrophysics of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences (IMH) meets the requirements of international research programs, which call for a reduction in the measurement error to 0.1-degrees-C.
