摘要
Parting from a thorough examination of some sociocultural features of Brazilian history, this paper aims at exploring perspectives that have not yet been fully addressed and that unveil the process by which our theology is becoming singular, in its desire to meet the deepest yearnings of the men and women of this nation. The singularity of our "flesh", lived in the "courage to let oneself be sent" through the vocation to serve others, is turning into a legacy and becoming the word of God. This dynamic, inspired by "the passion for Christ and with Christ, following the Father's Plan", by the reconciliation with the creation, with humanity, and "more particularly, by the life of the most vulnerable", is a relevant contribution to the theological debate, since it springs from our experience as Brazilians.
