摘要：
A discussion of the anatomy, pathology, and function of the TFCC is provided. The clinical signs and symptpms of TFCC injuries as well as the value of various imaging modalities is discussed. Finally, the indications for arthroscopy and the techniques of arthroscopic diagnosis and treatment of TFCC injuries is detailed.
