摘要
This article presents a systematic review of the literature about quality tools emphasizing integrated models of FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) and MASP (Method of Analysis and Solving Problems). As a result, were identified 209 papers. Of these, 40 were selected as relevant research. The period used for the research was from 2005 until 2015. From the analysis of articles published on the integration of the two tools, it was possible to conclude on the absence of an integrated model that reflects the particular requirements of furniture make to order manufacturing companies. Thus, this research becomes relevant in the context of management of industrial operations, as it allowed the proposition of a set of requirements that must be considered for the development of anintegrated model of quality management that includes FMEA and MASP to order structuring continuous process improvement and quality management of custom furniture manufacturing companies.
