摘要：
The authors report the preliminary results of a study on the use of perineal sonography with a vaginal probe as a complement to urodynamic investigation, in patients with stress urinary incontinence or other urinary symptoms. This technique seems useful especially in stress urinary incontinence to precise the existence and the importance of bladder neck hypermobility, and in the evaluation of post-operative outcome after surgical suspension of the bladder neck.
