GIANT MAGNETORESISTANCE OF FE/CR SUPERLATTICES UNDER HIGH-PRESSURE

摘要
Magnetoresistance (MR) of Fe/Cr superlattices having different Cr thickness t(Cr) has been measured under high pressure up to 20 kbar. It is found that the effect of pressure on MR depends on t(Cr) MR of the sample having t(Cr) near the first MR peak (t(Cr) almost-equal-to 11 angstrom) decreases more rapidly than those existing between the first and second MR peak (t(Cr) almost-equal-to 25 angstrom).
