RESEARCH OF MAGNETIC PROPERTIES NONMAGNETIZED HIGH-FREQUENCY FERRITE IN A WIDE FREQUENCY BAND

摘要
Introduction. Existing methods for investigating magnetic permeability allows to obtain results on the same frequency. Moving to a different frequency requires reconfiguring. Method for measuring the permeability over a wide frequency range in a single setup is proposed. The main part. Measurements were made using microstrip resonator ferrite substrate 3,57 GHz frequency range. The measurements were performed using a ferrite microstrip resonators and stripline in the frequency range 3-8 GHz. The experimental methods for the study of the real (mu') and the imaginary part (mu '') magnetic permeability and the real part of the effective magnetic permeability (mu'(ef)) nonmagnetized high-frequency ferrite in a wide frequency band in a single setup are considered. The graphs of the mu', mu '' and mu'(ef) from the resonance frequency are shown. Conclusions. For research in a wide band materials for ferrite phase shifters the use of multimode resonator on tape and microstrip transmission lines is quite convenient and reliable. To select the desired frequency band, it is necessary to take into account the value of mu', and mu '', which is responsible for the loss of electromagnetic energy in the ferrite devices.
