摘要：
Dietary supplements are becoming increasingly popular among women seeking alternatives to treatment with estrogens for managing menopausal symptoms. The objective of this paper was to assess the effectiveness of dietary supplements. Although individual trials suggest benefits from certain supplements, data are insufficient to support the effectiveness of dietary supplements for the management of menopausal symptoms.
