摘要：
The gene that codes for tyrosine Phenol-lyase (EC 4.1.99.2) of Erwinia herbicola AJ2982 was cloned and its nucleotide sequence determined. The deduced protein product was 456 residues long with a molecular weight of 51,364 daltons. The amino acid sequences of Er. herbicola and Escherichia intermedia were calculated to be 90.6% identical.
