摘要：
Let A be a noncommutative Banach algebra. Suppose there exists a continuous linear Jordan derivation D : A -> A such that D(x)[D(x), x](2) is an element of rad(A) or [D(x), x](2) D(x) is an element of rad(A) for all x is an element of A. In this case, we have D(A) subset of rad(A).
