摘要
A theoretical analysis of multienzyme membrane sensors based on successive substrate conversions with electrochemical regeneration of enzyme active sites on an indicator electrode has been carried out For a relatively thin multienzyme layer, equations were derived which describe the effects of substrate concentration, indicator reaction velocity, and diffusional and catalytic characteristics of coating components on the steady-state sensor response. Various modes of two-enzyme sensor functioning are examined
