A Nonprofit Board Seeks ISO Certification

It is exciting to know that ACHC is now a visionary in the health care field, is financially sound, is growing, and is able to address that growth with continual improvement of processes based on objective measurement. ACHC was the first accrediting body in the world to achieve ISO certification. ACHC has completed 2 years with its QMS certified to ISO. Some improvements include the following: The overall customer base has increased 32%; revenues have improved by 70%; the average cycle time from completion of survey to customer receipt of survey has been reduced by 35%; and a baseline customer satisfaction rate has been established.
